Meet Regina
Regina White is a youth support advocate specializing in linking students to resources.
With a passion for Juvenile justice, she has worked with youth at the highest risk of violence in both roles perpetrator and victim to provide community and educational support.

Regina has seven years of experience working with a leading youth advocacy agency supporting Chicago Public Schools initiatives. As program director, Regina has provided supervision and direct care to support youth through education initiatives as well as career and social capacity development. Her programs come highly requested by school administrators as she has a unique talent for connecting with the youth on a personal level. Ms. Regina, as her kids refer to her has escorted youth on community initiatives such as job fairs, to theme parks, museums and community service opportunities.

Regina has created a youth re-engagement program that connects youth who have become disengaged with school and their parents with administrators to support the student's return to school and the fulfillment of requirements necessary for graduation. This program also boasts wrap-around services to connect families with valuable community resources.

Through Regina's Let's Talk Street program, she connects with the youth to assess concerns in their communities, schools, and homes.

Regina has spent the last 7 years supporting youth in the most impoverished communities in Chicago including but not limited to Altgeld Gardens, Roseland, and West Chicago. In these communities, she has provided resources to students and families experiencing disengagement due to housing instability, lack of household income, and pending juvenile justice infractions.
